This is not the first pair of closed-toe bindings I have owned, but it IS the first pair that has actually loved and hugged my feet, tucked them into bed, AND called the next day. Unlike past bindings, my heels/arch were not aching after a long set, taking tricks into the flats. My toes fit in just fine and the binding gives me absolutely ZERO toe lift making for some sweet leverage. They come up your shin high enough for a very supportive feel, but still allow the flex you need to poke out your grabs. The only thing I would change is the laces. They work fine, I just don't like to dangle.
