Wood Construction
Our decks are one piece pressed,
meaning the boards concave is not
machined out. Inserts are used for
the kicktails and concave creating
less wood to be wasted. Full plys are
pressed to the top and bottom of
board to retain strength. The boards
outline is cut out using a cnc then rails
are hand shaped to create a variable
edge. All boards are sealed with
marine grade epoxy and
epoxy/fiberglass filler.
