Boston has something else to rock to. The four-piece group of rock/post-hardcore slammers Lions Lions have awakened a genre in need of help, and not the help of the crying, weeping, eye-makeup and black-shirt-wearing teens of today. They stand for more than the genre in which they perform ties them to. Taking note from some of post hardcore’s best bands like Saosin, Senses Fail, and From First to Last, Lions Lions is well on their way to greatness. So stop your complaining, wash that silly makeup off your face, quit taking those pills your therapist gave you to “make you feel good” and enjoy the music for what it is. Post-hardcore has a new leader and Lions Lions has escaped the cage.
