There seems to be a million different genres in music now-a-days and I think band mates Derek E. Miller, formerly of Poison the Well, and Alexis Krauss, formerly of teen pop group Rubyblue, have created an entirely new genre of music. Noise Pop, as some would call it, has been on the raise ever since artists like Santo Gold and M.I.A. hit the airwaves. So it’s only fitting that this Brooklyn New York two sum get signed to M.I.A.’s label N.E.E.T Records. Prepare your ears and turn up your sub woofers because Sleigh Bells is about to blow your mind and your speakers. Check out “Infinity Guitars”, “Tell ‘Em”, and the summer time jam that should only be played with the windows down and speakers up “Rill Rill”.
