I know I’ve reviewed a Thrice album before but their newest record Beggars is so good I just had to write about it. Each song, like most of their songs, can and should be used in a Tim Burton film due to there depth and darkness. The amount of emotion and heart that goes into these songs is easily understood by the first listen of their impeccable sound. Powerful vocals backed by untouchable guitar riffs and pianos, blends a tone that continuously fuels this remarkable group. I was lucky enough to pick this album up at a store that offered a downloadable “Beggars Bonus Tracks” with purchase and I was nothing more then blown away by the five extra tracks they give you. Two of which are remixes from the original album and three new tracks. Check out the Drum and Bass remix version of “All The World Is Mad”, it will freak you out.
