2009 Toe Jam Stop #3

Orlando, Fla. — The world’s best wakeskaters are gearing up for stop number three on the Toe Jam wakeskate series which is going down on June 5-6 at a new location on the tour, Correct Craft’s Corporate headquarters just outside of Orlando, Florida.

Historically, the wake event has produced some of the most exciting showdowns ever seen. Look for top guns Brian Grubb, Nick Taylor, Reed Hansen and Stu Shinn to bring their A-game as well as many other up-and-coming rippers.

Scoring will be based on the rider’s performance off the wake of the Byerly Edition Nautique 210, including re-entry moves and lip tricks. Flats moves will not be rewarded as high for this event. The riders who find themselves on the podium will be the ones who go big, ride smooth and land the sports most progressive tricks.

Semi-finalists will be challenging for twelve open spots into the 16-man finals. Four other spots are already reserved for past Toe Jam Champions.

Scott Byerly would like to thank Rockstar Energy Drink and O’Neill for their undying support of the Toe Jam as well as Nautiques, Nike 6.0, Hyperlite and Arnette. “Without these guys, there would be no Toe Jam as we know it and a lot of them have been behind it since day one.”
