2017 looks to be a good year for Jobe with some of what’s coming out… take a look

Jobe Maddox (Austin Hair)
MSRP: $400
Lengths: 138, 142

The Jobe Maddox is a boat board catered toward aggressive riders who prefer a locked-in feel and 3-stage riding characteristics. The molded in side fins and optional center fins ensure that once you’re on edge you’re going where you’re headed. The aggressive rocker line provides ample pop for charging at the wake.

“We made the Maddox for riders who want maximum pop off the wake, which is my favorite part about it. I know I’m going to get consistent pop every time I ride. The fins used to be molded in, but this year we made them removable so you can change them out based on preference, or just ride it finless and take it into the the park if you’d like.” – Austin Hair

Jobe Breach (Dominik Gührs)
MSRP: $500
Lengths: 135, 139, 143

Built for Dominik Gührs, the Breach was designed for heavy duty park riding. With a combo PU and wood core, the Breach provides both flex and responsiveness and stiffness where you want it. The outline and bottom features provide the tracking and edging needed for building speed and line tension for big air, while the flex pattern makes the board more lively for hitting obstacles.

I wanted a board that would work well in any situation, and I think the Breach is just that. The flex in the tip and tail, along with the concave channel, make the Breach super fun on rails and easy to lock in presses. We also made the channels a little bit deeper to have some grip on the water for some big kicker landings or a strong edge for air tricks, but it’s still a pretty playful board!” – Dominik Gührs

Jobe EVO
MSRP: $130 (base) / $70 (skin)

jobe-evo-skinThe EVO binding consists of a base and a skin that allow you to mix and match a variety of colorways. The system features a four screw center mount setup that only works with Jobe boards. The base was created to minimize distance between your foot and the board, while the outline is as narrow as possible to keep contact with the board tight for better responsiveness.  The skins that attach to the base are made of flexible TPU to help keep your boot locked in place, while still providing flex for comfort and tweaking out your tricks.

“The EVO system is unique because they screw straight into the board, eliminating the bulky baseplate. It takes its cues from snowboarding and gives you maximum responsiveness. They’re easy to use and change out – and it’s definitely cool to choose your own color schemes and customize your look.” – Austin Hair

Jobe Morph
MSRP: $200

The Morph boot works in conjunction with the EVO binding. It has a softer supportive backstay to allow for a more flexible ride. The custom insole is soft and comfortable, and when combined with the EVA sole they work together to absorb shock from big air landings. Plus, the EVA sole allows you to walk around in comfort, whether you’re at a park or out winching.

“Like the EVO binding system, the Morph boots are designed after snowboarding in order to provide maximum comfort and responsiveness. The Morph conforms to your foot, but isn’t too constricting. You can still tweak out your grabs and presses, but have a lot of support at the same time. Plus they’re great for when you have to walk back to the dock at the park.” – Austin Hair
