Here before your e-viewing eyeballs are the first two competitors in this digital gauntlet, both hoping to continue on for a shot at the super schwaggy Buywake.com prize pack. In case you need a refresher, here’s how things are going to shake out.
- The following videos have made it to the Semi Finals!
- Online viewers vote for the video they think is best
- Winning video from each battle will be automatically entered into the final tournament
- Losing video will be forced to suffer in e-purgatory (we don’t know what that means yet, but we’ll come up with something appropriate)

Both videos were good! I especially liked the music from the first, however the second’s was a little distracting. I wish OWC would actually produce some good light one day… Good Luck Worral’s!

Anyways, first video was ok, but Worralls’ stomped it in comparison. . much smoother speed ramps, precise beat timing, smoother gopro footy and almost three or more times the amount of tricks packed in. The kid has raw talent, just like the rest of that family. Good job bro!

I vote 1 b\c 2 had WAYYYY over used music for wake,skate,snow ect… videos. Be original. Couldn’t even finish it. Try again. “Oh man, have you heard of this new band!…” “Yes, they came out pre 2006~”

hahaha who said “oh man have you heard of this new band!…” ??? I can think of plenty of vidoes that have used pre 2006 songs…and have been even better than worals..and cant say I got the same feeling from vid 2, i thought it was kinda funny..Id rather watch a little guy throw down hammers to a beat than an average rider sketch it out in slomo…both were good but for the contest vid 2 all the way!

I honestly liked both videos,
the only thing that made me vote for the Worrall vid over the Pheonix is when i watch the worrall vid i get pumped to go out to the cable and ride, more so than the other video.
But like i said i think both videos are great unfortunately only 1 can go to the next round.

I think its funny how people say that the riding in the videos doesnt matter, only the filming/editing… But really, capturing the best riding is one of the main points of filming wakeboarders or any board sports… Worral FTW

My vote goes out to video 1. Shots are cleaner (except for the go-pro footy), better graded & and edited smoothly. Plus the music choice did it for me. Video’s don’t have to be about all the tricks the kid can do packed in 1 minute.
