Props on both vids, first ones polished but slow and repetative. Second ones a little more raw, I like watchin a riders lines though. Not just trick after trick, plus the first video has that overused sepia look no contrast. Vid 2 for me.

Bingham. Vasko drained all the color and had no variety. I see the art attempt but Bingham did a better job in my opinion.

Video one is good, but Bingham has the money shot as always. Hickey and Campbell murder it with a raw steez with dope beats and a murderous edit. Let’s be real kids, VIDEO TWO!

All the riders killed it, this is a video contest? What do we vote on? Riding? Editing? Filming? Riders level? The over all feel? Song choice? With all that being said. I still prefer video #2. #1 had too much slo mo for me and i like Norbis vids 99% of the time. its been good to see more videos by different people and not the same, And I love watching Aaron ride and I always love me some cable/2.0 I’m sure some people won’t like my video next week, we’ll see.

Norbi’s looked straight out of an epic/artistic video like Transgression. Very very well done, gave me the feel that I was watching something awesome in a secret spot.
Loved the intro on the second one, but didnt like the song choice…gave it that Erik Ruck jam band section feel to me. Both were very good though

the vasko video seems like some spoiled rich kid riding his own cable park it had too much slow mo and the shots were too far away with trees in the way acouple shots like that is cool but not a whole video. Bingham should have won

VIDEO #2 for sure! Video #1 went on too long. I lost interest of the same guy doing the same tricks at the same cable park. I liked how in VIDEO #2 was better!

Okay people, this is obviously a no-brainer. Darth Maxwell, Lord of the Bingham’s is the obvious pick of choice. To be a good videographer in the industry, you have to be able to jump in the gumbo pot. Max’s shots were by far superior to Norbi’s. Anyone can stand on shore with a tripod and do slow pans across the lake all day(Norbi). It takes balls and innovation to get in tight with some clean tracking shots and close-ups(Maxwell). Maxwell showed variety, artistic ability, and kept my attention throughout the entire video.
Norbi had some cool shots but the sepia tone got VERY old and boring quick. I did like some of the abstract b-roll but it took away from the video and was out of context. Max’s intro was a lot more thought out and song choice far accedes Norbi’s. Maxwell’s edit was on beat with the music, as Norbi’s just seemed thrown together.
It is apparent this is a popularity contest, rather than a video contest. If you read all the comments it is clear that 90% of the people are in favor of Maxwell. Actually watch the videos, don’t just vote for your friend.
My vote is for Maxwell for obvious reasons stated above. Great work Max!

No question in my mind that Bingham’s vid is way better. His video makes me forget that I have AIDS…but the constant IV, sickness, and suicidal thoughts bring me back to reality…that I have AIDS. Thanks for making this video

Max is clearly the better cameraman. He put the camera close to the action and actually got off the shore…
Norbi does have some interesting sepia color going on but anyone with a mac can do that. Both guys surly have a future in this but I’d hire Max before Norbi purely because Max demonstrates better camera work and knows how to cut a video to the music. I hate seeing any action sports vides that don’t edit to the music… why wouldn’t you?
Last but certainly not least, Steven Campbell and Ryan Hickey killed it in Max’s video.. that again, wasn’t filmed from the shore of a cable.

@steveP – I agree, pretty sure he is sponsored by a few brands, not sure if he needs the buywake gear as much as some of the other up and coming filmers. Regardless, 2 great vids. Competitions gettin tight.

Tough choice, both are amazing edits with their ups and downs. Norbi’s was WAY cleaner and the way he throws stuff together is incredible. But it did seem to drag on, alot of the same tricks time after time again. Liked the second video how it showed some trailing shots and nasty lines, but didn’t really show the precise editing that Norbi has always shown in every video he puts together. Overall both sick videos and props to both of you, but gotta give it to Norbi.
