Customer Appreciation Night and Face the Nation Weekend
Wake Nation Houston would like to say “Thank you!” to the great city of Houston for all of the support during the inaugural season.
On Thursday October 20 you are invited to Customer Appreciation Night. There will be free riding on the cable from 3 till close. In addition there will be free food and drawings for great prizes.
On Friday October 21st we will kick off the “Face the Nation Weekend Event” . There will be open riding on the cable from Noon until close.
Things really heat up Saturday with open riding beginning at 10 AM. At noon, all of the participants will get together and teams will be drawn. Each rider is to select a trick that he or she would like to learn. From noon to 4, riders will practice their trick, and the Liquid Force Pros will be there to coach.
World Champion Cable Rider Tom Fooshee, and Wake Skate legend Aaron Reed will be around all weekend to help you improve your riding.
At 4, the competition begins. Each rider gets one try to land his or her trick. The judges rate the trick on a scale from 1 – 5 and the points go toward the team total. The team with the most points wins great prizes from our sponsors.
Following the competition, everyone will head to Stadia Sports Grill located at the Pearland Mall for an awesome ‘80’s costume party. Hang out with everyone from the event and enjoy special food and drink specials. Super rad prizes will be given out for the best costumes! This is an event you won’t want to miss!
The cost for the event is as follows:
3 Day Pass (Friday – Sunday) $60 Includes all open riding sessions and Face the Nation event.
Saturday Only $40 – Includes riding and Face the Nation Event entry
Season Pass holder price for Saturday event $15
