CTRL wakeboards is proud to announce the hiring of two groundbreaking additions to its United States sales force.  New to the team is Pro Rider and Artist, Mike Ennen. Mike joins CTRL wakeboards as the West Coast Sales rep and will be responsible for continuing our brands growth.  Co-founder and pro rider Keith Lidberg will be working closely with Mike and will be responsible for the East Coast.

“Mike comes to us with well over ten years of experience working in the wake industry and we feel fits our brand ideals perfectly,” said Bret Hagen, owner and founder of CTRL. “His unique experience in the industry and ability to still get out and promote himself as a rider makes him the perfect person for the job.”

Ennen is a long time pro rider who has made it a point to stay in the Northwest developing his skills and creating content while most pro wakers have migrated to sunny Florida.  Mike has also been able to use his passion for art and position as a pro athlete to get his work on product for major brands like Liquid Force and Slingshot.  An all around great guy and avid snowboarder gives Ennen the perfect blend of laid back and down to business attitude CTRL needs to push forward in 2014.

I’m really excited to get on a product that I can continue my progression in wakeboarding with and a product that I am proud to stand behind and sell to the West Coast!!

In addition to the hiring of Ennen, CTRL is excited to announce the newest members of their US sales team. The team is composed of industry veterans Keith Lidberg for the east coast and Earl Ball, the new owner of the Vision Quest wake park in Austin, TX also covering Texas.

Ennen said “Opportunities like this are few and far between in this ever expanding industry.  I look forward to be an integral part of a growing company.  This is a great opportunity to be able to influence the path CTRL takes as the brand develops a larger following!”

Please contact Mike Ennen at Mikey@ctrlwake.com  , Keith Lidberg at keith@ctrlwake.com , or Earl Ball at earl@ctrlwake.com for all inquires or to schedule an appointment to see the new collection.  CTRL will be in Orlando, FL showing the 2014 collection next weekend September 6-8.

About CTRL

CTRL got it’s start early 2010 with a clear vision to be “built to a higher standard” focusing on boards for park riding.  As the company has experienced great success in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and most recently South Africa, CTRL is now setting it’s sites on bridging the gap between the larger boat market and growing cable market here stateside.  Stay tuned for a huge push in the United States in 2014.  Follow us via social media @CTRLwake on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
