Our customer are our greatest ambassadors and to receive this award based off our customers experience is one of the greatest honors we could ever receive and a testament to our network of finely tuned dealers and OEM’s.”
Clack further explained, “At Indmar, customer service is not a department, it’s our entire company and Indmar extends all the way to a network of over 1,200 dealer showrooms and service centers across the country.  We personally train and certify each of our authorized service centers and it’s because of their dedication that Indmar is able to offer a first class ownership experience from the engines quality and performance to the buying and ownership experience.

The highly praised Raptor Series has now collected seven prestigious and sought after awards; The BMI Innovation award, two Boating Industry’s Top Products awards and now it reigns in on its fourth NMMA CSI Customer Satisfaction award.  Indmar is the most awarded inboard manufacturer and has been awarded every year since the inception of the CSI program.  This is a clear reflection of extensive company-wide efforts to deliver the best product in the marketplace and the kind of award-winning results that make Indmar the most desirable and trusted inboard marine engine brand available.
The Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) study, now in it’s sixteenth year, honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction based on information provided by customers who purchase a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
