We’ve taken the guess work out event management. With over 30 years of event hosting experience, Rick Stocks will teach you all the tricks of the trade. Learn what works and what doesn’t from the best!

• The coordinator position is a part time business.
• INT has a nationally consistent tour of events in each state, and concludes the season with a US Championships or regional event.
• The INT judging system offers a unique ability based competition format driving the development of water sports.

• Mr. Judge software program to manage all aspects of registering and scoring
• Classroom and field training.
• World Wakeboard Association (WWA) Membership Program and Event Insurance.

INT is looking for applicants internationally and in the states:
Alaska, Arizona, San Diego area California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
INT is interested in appointing individuals who can commit to organizing events for more than one season, and make an impact in their community. Applicants must have proficient computer skills; capable of using excel, word, and email, a flexible schedule and stable financial situation.

Hiring takes place in October and November; freshman coordinators attend a two day training seminar in Seattle in early December or January depending on the availability of the attendees. They will learn all of the administrative components and INT’s Nationally Consistent Scoring Program.

State Coordinators are contractors representing the International Water Sports Organization (IWSO-INT League); they enjoy the many rewards of having their own business affiliated with the water sports industry. The responsibilities include organizing and producing fun events across your state by meeting and working with ski clubs, lake owners, municipalities, local dealers, area representatives, national sponsors and competitors. For the effort, coordinators are rewarded with both financial and emotional rewards.
