LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (February 23, 2017) – During the recent 2017 Progressive® Insurance Miami International Boat Show®, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced Pleasurecraft Engine Group as a recipient of the 2016 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction.
 
The NMMA Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction while pursuing continuous improvement in customer service. Pleasurecraft achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence greater than 95 percent in customer satisfaction based on information provided by new buyers over the past year.
