You are invited to be a part of a unique and creative event this spring. Summer Water Sports (SWS), Canada’s largest water sports entertainment and service provider will be hosting the second annual “Summers for SickKids.” This urban wakeboard rail jam at Boardsports on Yonge Street helps raise money and awareness for Sick Kids Hospital. The SWS team is privileged to spend our summer months in Muskoka. However, so many children are not as fortunate and are forced to spend their summers in hospitals. For this reason, SWS launched “Summers For Sicks Kids,” allowing riders from all over the country to showcase their talent for a great cause. All profits from this event will be donated to the SickKids Foundation.
Drawing an unbelievable amount of attention from the local community, this event raised over $20,000 in the past two year. With the continued support of our wonderful partners we aim to raise $20,000 in 2009. Riding will take place on Saturday and Sunday come by the event and load up on gear at the vendor village were 100% of the proceeds go to the Sick Kids Foundation.
Friday night is the kick-off party at The Courthouse 57 Adelaide Street East Toronto. With The Next Best Thing

Saturday night is the AFTER PARTY and Muskoka Wildlife 3 video Premiere at the Acrobat Lounge on Younge St. Doors at 8pm this is also a 19 plus event.
