As the 2007 AST Dew Tour came to a close, one thing was certain; Ryan Sheckler's so hot right now. I think he's almost Beatle status. Anyways, this was the first year wakeboarding had ever been in the Dew Tour. Mastercraft has sponsored the Dew Tour for a couple years now, but this year they got Ryan Davis and the guys at Step Up Productions to put on the biggest pool-to-pool rail jam ever done. Something around 120,000 gallons of water. Which consisted of a kicker w/a 20' gap to the pool, an A-frame w/a wall ride on one side, and two banked rails that transferred to another down rail. Collin Harrington took the win taking home $3,000 and Brett Eisenhower got second taking home $2,000. Best crash award went to Jimmy Trask w/a body transfer to reverse scorpion on the banked rails. It was good to see wakeboarding affiliated w/the other major action sports. A big thanks goes out to Mastercraft for putting it on and we'll see you next year.
