Evening with the Stars Recap

Active Water Sports has been putting on the “Evening with the Stars” event for 25 years now. I figured there would be no better way to celebrate 25 years of this amazing event than by going all out. This is a 3 hour party that we throw right in the middle of November. The crowd continues to grow every year, and this years was no exception. The line to get in extended outside and around the building for most of the night. Who wouldn’t want to come in the door with big name riders like: Danny Harf, Shaun Murray, Alliance Wake Rider of the year Bob Soven, Oli Derome, Jeff McKee, and Brandon Thomas who kept the party vibe alive all night on the turn tables. And who wouldn’t want to join in the fun with a chance to win prizes from all of the best brands in the industry like: Nautique, Malibu, Axis, Moomba, Supra, Ronix, Slingshot, Liquid Force, Hyperlite, Remote, and many more! If that wasn’t a good reason to join then maybe it was the free pizza and massive sale we offer. We sold many boats and wake product that night. Whatever it was that created the stoke, the levels were peaked! This event wouldn’t be possible without such an amazing customer base out here in the great North West.

We sold raffle tickets at the door for a chance to win wake/boat prizes throughout the night. All proceeds were donated to the family of Police Officer Libke who lost his life serving. Libke, was shot on Nov. 3rd responding to a house fire. He is survived by his pregnant wife and other children. The raffle raised over $2000.
