I know I’ve talked about Flight of the Conchords a lot lately but it’s for good reason. They’re hilarious. And if you took my recommendation from a few issues ago and started watching FOTC on HBO, you’d know why I’m recommending this CD. Every fun filled, uniquely inspired song from the show has been released on one tummy tickling CD. Think of this album as fifteen tracks full of one liners and strange catchy hooks. Put it this way, there are songs about blond girls, robots, David Bowie, and all kinds of others things that might not make sense to you unless you’ve watched a show or two of FOTC. A few of my favorite songs on the album are “The Most Beautiful Girl (In The Room)”, “Hiphopopotamus vs. Rhymenoceros (feat. Rhymenoceros and the Hiphopopotamus)”, and of course, “Mutha'uckas”. Yes, that’s really the name of the song.
