MALIBU LAUNCHES 23 AND 25 LSV MODELS WITH EVEN MORE LUXURY FOR 2017

Traditional bow design with cutting edge performance

Loudon, TN — Malibu Boats, the global leader in watersports towboat sales, has introduced the 2017 Wakesetter 23 LSV and 25 LSV, the newest versions of its largest traditional-bow models. These big, beautiful family-sized boats exemplify Malibu’s ability to infuse watersports fun with luxury like no other towboat manufacturer can.

A traditional bow design combines classic styling with easy access to the lounge area in both LSV models. For 2017, Malibu made both boats even more luxurious with new amenities. Exciting new gel and flake color choices give customers even more ways to personalize their boats.

23 LSV: Best Seller
The 23 LSV is not only the best-selling Malibu ever, but also the world’s best-selling wakeboard boat. Owners and pros alike say the 23 LSV hits the sweet spot for size, versatility and performance. Seating for up to 15 makes the 23 LSV an outstanding family boat.

A choice of hulls in the 23 LSV, along with Malibu’s Integrated Surf Platform (ISP), allows customers to equip their boats based on personal watersports priorities. Choosing the Wake Plus hull sets up the 23 LSV to create the absolute best wakes and waves. The ISP’s Power Wedge II hydrofoil increases the wake, and the Surf Gate™ turns the wake into a huge, endless surf wave. Customers who want to enjoy world-class slalom flats along with great surf wakes and waves can instead select the Diamond hull.

In both LSV models, the driver can use the digital Command Center, with optional Sport Dash rotary dial, to tailor wakes and waves for any skill level. With Malibu’s Surf Band wrist remote, the rider can control the wave right from the surfboard, truly turning a body of water into a personal watersports playground.

25 LSV: Room for 19
The 25 LSV is Malibu’s longest boat, and with seating for up to 19 it could be a family reunion boat. It takes everything that’s great about the 23 LSV and adds more room, plus more ballast for even bigger wakes and waves. A maximum of 4,850 lbs. of ballast help produce a massive wake even before filling the ballast tanks and dropping the Power Wedge II hydrofoil. Yet, this agile machine handles like a dream on the water, a reflection of Malibu engineering at its best.

Customers love optioning out the 25 LSV with a full array of premium features and Malibu innovations. The available reversible WakeView rear bench seat provides an amazing view of the rider action.

New for 2017
New features heighten Malibu luxury in the LSV models for 2017. SeaDek material for the Soft Grip flooring, transom pads, and swimboard enhances comfort and function. A powerful new audio system by Wet Sounds features multi-zone volume control, a new transom remote, and onboard speakers that match the tower speaker design.

Malibu is renowned for its exceptionally built towers, and the LSV models show why with their new standard G3.5 tower for 2017. The all-new design features stainless-steel construction, an easy-to-use folding tower latch, powerful LED lights and Wet Sounds speakers. The available G4 tower offers new LED enhancements, and both towers also offer a new side-pull point for surfing.

Like all 2017 Malibu models, the 23 LSV and 25 LSV come backed by a 5-year warranty, including lifetime hull coverage, and are available now at all authorized Malibu dealers.
