Burning Heart/ Epitaph
When I first heard Millencolin was releasing another CD I was ecstatic. It has been a number of years since I’ve listened to one of their songs. Probably due to the fact that I had all my Millencolin CD’s stolen and have yet to repurchase those great albums I once rocked out to. But after buying Millencolin’s newest release Machine 15, their first CD in three years, I knew my previous obsession with this Swedish punk band was reborn. Fifteen years and 6 albums later Millencolin hasn’t missed a beat. Their original punk lyrics and classic sounds have been the same since day one. I think that’s what makes them so appealing. They’ve stuck to their roots and aren’t going to change just to be some mainstream punk band.
