I’ve followed Pierce The Veil for a long time now but never really embraced their existence until the 2010 San Diego Warped Tour. For a Warped I’ll never forget, Pierce The Veil was the clear standout amongst the mayhem. San Diego natives and “Mexicore” rockers to the bone, PTV has a sound and stage presence hard to overlook. They’ve gained popularity amongst a scene saturated with junk and makeup and victoriously sit on top. This third album release, Collide With the Sky, follows suit as another PTV album to worship. If PTV isn’t already a band in your queue of rock, then you have some serious catching up to do.
