On May 19th the last stop of the official “O’Neill Wake The Line” Qualifier series is traditionally held during the legendary WakeUp Camp in Langenfeld.

This year the official “O’Neill Wake The Line presented by Relentless Energy Drink” Qualifier series travelled all over the world, with stops on three different continents. Wakeboarders from all across the globe could qualify at the most progressive cable parks in Australia (Penrith), USA (Orlando Watersports Complex) and Russia (Moscow), with a total of seven Wildcards for the big “O’Neill Wake The Line presented by Relentless Energy Drink” event up for grabs.

But ever since the beginning of “O’Neill Wake The Line”, Wakeboarding Langenfeld has been THE place to snatch the last Wildcard tickets for the main event in Cologne. Only one week ahead of the event, the most talented riders will have a last chance to make their way into the biggest and most prestigious wakeboarding contest worldwide.

Not only local riders will be up for that chance, the list of international competitors grows and already includes some well-known names in wakeboarding.

Pullled by Sesitec System 2.0 the riders will have to show their skills according to “O’Neill Wake The Line” judging criteria, which awards control, consistency and creativity.

The setup will consist of the new UNIT Parktech Spine Kicker L, the Quarter Pipe and a technical hit with one of UNIT Parktech’s TECHSERIES.

But on May 19th, not only the “O’Neill Wake The Line” Qualifier will attract the crowds to Wakeboarding Langenfeld. During that whole weekend, the legendary WakeUp camp will take place, which has been setting the Wakeboard Lifestyle for over a decade. The gathering of wakeboarders from around the planet in a relaxed atmosphere and limitless riding possibilities makes the camp so special.
