That’s right, wake fans. Wakeboarding’s best contest is back this year via X-Games’ Real Wake, thanks to the support of MasterCraft Boats. The six invited teams of riders and filmmakers spent two months getting as gnarly as possible and soon you’ll be able to watch them all and see the results on national TV.

Here’s a look at this year’s teams.

Chris Abadie + Andrew Adams

The reigning gold medalists are back to defend their title. We’re gonna go out on a limb and say there’s some more insane winching from this team.

Harley Clifford + Greg Browning

Harley and Greg, of Body Glove and Drive Thru fame, came back this year looking for more. Unfortunately Harley suffered a blown knee toward the end of filming, but word is his part is still chock full of bangers.

Dom Hernier + Russell Spencer

Austrian Dom Hernler joined the mix this year with Russell Spencer catching his crazy, unique action. These guys spent close to a month in Dom’s home country running around and hitting some of his most prized spots.

Steel Lafferty + Aaron Rathy

Steel Lafferty stepped his game up big time with his part – there is some gnarly stuff that goes down, and is not all behind the boat. And for the first time ever in Real Wake, a medal winner from the previous year as a rider returned the following year as a filmmaker. Aaron Rathy: man of many talents.

Brenton Priestley + Spencer Norris

The man known as BP went all out for his part – and we’re guessing if it’s anything like BP himself, it’s pretty raw. Spencer Norris, after making last year’s bronze medal video with Aaron Rathy, returned to the behind the camera duties.

Josh Twelker + Trever Maur

The Delta Force duo, hot off the release of Dog Dayz, looked to bring some of their west coast style and flavor to the Real Wake scene this year. If you think Josh Twelker is just a boat rider, his part will definitely surprise you.
