Can you smell it in the air? That’s the smell of wakeboard season. The boats are out, uncovered, and hitting the water; as are the beautiful people of Southern California.

The famous Carlsbad Lagoon hosted its annual Spring Ride on Saturday, April 24th with special guest Shawn Watson. The festivities started early as wakeboarders came from all over town to enjoy some great Spring time riding. The sun was bright and the water was calm, which made for a great day of wakeboarding with friends and family. Liquid Force supplied demo product for the day so guests had a chance to try all the new 2010 product they had to offer. After shredding the new goods, riders were greeted with a bit of Greasy Greg’s BBQ. Bellies full and muscles sore, it was time for a demo from the man himself, Shawn Watson. The boats loaded up and Watson put on a show for everyone to enjoy.

Good times were had by all that day and most are already asking what’s next for this Southern California hot spot.
