Tigé Boats Launches $1000 Test Drive Challenge

Tigé $1000 Test Drive Challenge Runs May 1-31

ABILENE, Texas — Tigé, the world’s fastest-growing inboard boat builder, today issued a bold, unprecedented challenge to prospective owners – and the industry – with its Tigé $1000 Test Drive Challenge.

From May 1-31, 2011, Tigé invites customers to test-drive boats from competitors and then come test-drive a Tigé. If the customer buys the competitive model, Tigé will give them $1000.

“We feel extremely confident about our advantage because Tigé sells itself on the water,” said Tigé President Rick Correll. “One spin around the lake and our customers immediately feel the Tigé difference and just can’t go back to status quo after such an experience.”

Tigé’s key differentiators include its patented Convex V hull and TAPS2 technology, which makes its boats the first and only inboards to feature full trim capability. TigéTouch – the first touch screen to market – controls the entire onboard experience, including wake and ballast settings, through a single interface. Every Tigé component, from the smooth and powerful PCM engine to the sturdy, rattle-free Alpha Z tower, is integrated to work together in perfect harmony.

Said Correll, “While our individual technologies and features are superior, our biggest advantage is intuitive design and handling – Tigé test drivers say it’s as if their every need was anticipated. That’s ultimately what sells Tigé. And it’s an intangible that other builders just can’t copy.”
