To fully understand “Going Bananas” you would first need to understand the meaning of “Going Apesh!t”. Going Apesh!t is the ability to huck your meat at anytime or any place in front of anyone. Now, similar but very different, “Going bananas” would entail going Apesh!t but on another level. That level being different for all, but for me and my crew, it means waking up at 4 am, fully hung, filling sacs, braving the jelly infested 80 degree salt water in full wetsuits. All this, just for a glimpse of some glass through our VZ’s, and landing that new trick we saw on Alliance!
