The 3rd and last round of the 2012 O’Neill Wake The Line Qualifier Series at Wasserski Langenfeld/Germany (LA) (http://www.wasserski-langenfeld.de/) is ready to kick off. On Sunday 27th 45 riders will battle out the chance to compete at O’Neill Wake The Line presented by Relentless Energy Drink in Cologne/Germany.

The “LA Park Crew” designed an unreal System 2.0 Setup. The 1st hit will be the legendary WTL 2011 “Silas Thurman Pool Gap” by UNIT Parktech (www.unit-parktech.com), 2nd hit: UNIT Parktech QUARTER PIPE, 3rd hit: Reshaped UNIT Parktech KICKER XL.

The competition is embedded into the “Wake Up Camp Langenfeld” which takes place during whitsun holidays since many years. Due to this busy week the WTL Qualifier is already full and no more registrations are possible. Names like DOMINIK GÜHRS, ANTOINE ALLAUX, TIM ADG, STEFFEN VOLLERT, NATE PERRY and FREDERIC VON OSTEN have been signed up in time.

The qualifier runs in two group rounds and a final with the top eight. In the first round four groups of eight to 12 riders, determinated by chance, will have two runs, with the best four single scores advancing. In the second round two groups of eight riders, determinated after their points in round 1, will have two runs, best four single scores advancing to the final. The finals will have eight riders take two runs each, with the top single score of each rider counting towards the final event placing.
