Carolina’s own Adam Fields won the top spot for “Best Trick” boosting off a NEW 2013 MasterCraft X-Star double up wake throwing a super clean (Slim Chance 540) earning him a $850.00 Cash Payout!  The single day event drew a larger than expected crowd (190+people) to watch the Best Trick/Big Air Double-Up contestants boost to claim the $2,000.00 cash purse.. A big Thank You to MasterCraft Boats own team rider Rusty Malinoski for participating and helping make the event one to remember.

The Wylie’s Wicked Wakefest event is hosted annually by Charlotte Ski Boats, the Charlotte, NC area MasterCraft Boats dealer. The event format featured an adrenaline pumping best trick/big air wakeboarding double up competition coupled with the MasterCraft Boats Pro Wakeboarder Rusty Malinoski demonstrating some of his best tricks. The crowd was energized to compete for many free giveaways including, a 6 month supply of Monster Energy Drinks and a Freeman’s Car Stereo sound system.  8 year old Daniel Johnson not only competed in the double up contest but also won the Halloween costume contest for the second year in row earning him a hefty $150.00 prize.

Charlotte Ski Boats Owner: Lee Levandowski couldn’t be more excited about how well the event turned out and said “Wow we could not be more pleased from the feedback we have received from this event EVERYONE had a great time, MasterCraft Boats Pro Team Rider Rusty Malinoski already stated he will be back for the 2013 Event!”
