Last I heard of Ja Rule, he was getting chased out of the music biz by 50-Cent and Eminem over some sort of hip-hop beef. Ja was huge in the late 90’s and into 2000 and he was a featured artist on almost everyone’s rap album. He was the Kanye West of the new millennium before Kanye West was Kanye West. Love him or hate him, Ja Rule was everywhere and he made some legit raps. It’s been seven years since Ja’s last full-length album release, so you can expect seven years worth of solid hip-hop and beats to go into his newest release Pil 2. Who knows, Ja could make a really big come back in 2012.
