Top 5: The Wakeskate Tour 2016

If you have missed the first two stops of the 2016 Wakeskate Tour than you probably live under a rock.  The final stop of the 2016 Wakeskate Tour is this Saturday in Groveland, Fl at Battle Falls and it is shaping up to be the best one yet.  We decided to recap our top 5 things from the Wakeskate Tour so far this year.  If you are in the area this weekend head out and enjoy an ice cold Rockstar and the best wakeskating in the world.

1. Andrew Pastura- Andrew has never missed a final in Wakeskate Tour history.  Will he keep the streak alive this weekend at Battle Falls?

2. Blunt tricks- It’s crazy to see the progression nubs have brought to the tour this year.  We are seeing more and more blunt variation and lock in tricks in general this year even in the quarterfinal rounds.

3. Austin Pastura- Front tail kickflip out… enough said

4. Coco Mendez and Marcus Knox making finals- It’s always good to see some fresh faces in the finals.  Will we see more fresh faces in the finals at Battle Falls?

5. Nick Taylor- Did everyone else see just how consistent NT was during Suwannee Pro?  Nick has showed up this year making finals at Money For Nothing and finishing 2nd for the Suwannee Pro.  It seems he has a fire under him for this year and we hope to see him in the finals once again this weekend.
