Check out our pick for 2017 Wake Park Rider of the Year: Guenther Oka!

Is this one really that big of a surprise? Guenther kills it in all aspects of the sport but we thought he really stood out on the rails this year. With an insane X Games Real Wake part, a first place finish on the mega ramp at Munich Mash, some insane lines at the VWC Yardsale, a first place finish at the California Wake Park Open, and a third place finish at the Langenfeld Open, Guenther was on fire all year long. This kid is about as technical on rails as anyone and his style is on point. We know Guenther isn’t going anywhere and we’re stoked to see what he puts together in the years to come.
