Introducing the 2020 Vi24: A Premium 24-Foot Surf Boat Priced to Move You

If you thought a premium 24-foot surf boat was out of reach, victory may still be yours with the new 2020 Centurion Vi24.

Merced, CA (August 1, 2019) – The new model season is here with plenty of exciting features for 2020. Perhaps the biggest addition this year is an all new series to the Centurion line, the Vi. The Vi is a classically styled v-bow towboat that comes as both a 22 ft and a 24 ft model, a traditional design that’ll give you a powerful surf wave without constraining your view of the lake. Built for those who are looking to enjoy the lake with the performance of a big surf boat at a reasonable price, the sleek Vi24 is an impressive new 24 foot inclusion on the Centurion line. With so many different choices it’s never been so easy to get into a Centurion, no matter your style or preference we’ve got your number. The all new Vi24 will make it’s debut this weekend during the Texas stop of the Water Proof TourTomorrow and Saturday you can be one of the first to experience victory innovated on the water at Brazos Park East in Waco. If you can’t make the event be sure to check out the boat that’s about to take the water sports world by storm at a Centurion Boats dealer near you.

You can read more about the Vi22 here and more about the Vi24 below.

The Vi24 welcomes a crowd to witness that next level wake surf set or championship wakeboard run from the comfort of the smooth riding Opti-V Hull. As much as 4800 pounds of ballast from the factory displaces this hull for the worlds best waves and wakes. More than half of that ballast is located sub-floor so it does not encroach on your storage areas and when you opt for RAMFILL it fills in as little as 90 seconds.

Even at 24 feet long the Vi24 is extremely manageable for towing and driving. This mid-profile wave maker has the sleek look of a traditional towboat with all the depth you need to stay dry even in the big water it creates. The Vi Series is also easy to get in and out with a reasonable step down into the boat and thoughtful boarding options at the bow and the transom. And when you’re seated you can still fully experience the water around you.

There is a lot of seating to choose from in the Vi24. That crowd that you can bring along in the Vi24 has their pick of the best seat in the house. The available 4-position slide seat can reposition passenger weight for fine-tuning waves and wakes as well as offer a seating configuration specifically made for your crowd. You also have the options for Flip-up Stadium Seating or rear-facing lean backs on the passenger and driver’s side of the lounge. This seating allows even more spectators to have a front row seat to the action behind the boats. The captain can even swivel the driver’s seat 160 degrees towards the lounge during breaks in the action.

Speaking of the driver, thanks to Centurion’s QuickLaunch he or she will never lose sight of the horizon in the Vi24 even when taking off weighted. 6 seconds to plane means this 24-footer is up and running without the driver having to stand-up to see over the bow.
