There are not too many places in the U.S. that people get the opportunity to shred the mountains and hit the lake during the same day. In the northwest corner of Washington State conditions line up just right for this unique experience right around the beginning of April, when the snow pack is still thick and the lake has fully thawed. This year, Bow Lake Watersports hosted it’s 8th annual Baker to Bow event where participants spend the first half of the day shredding the legendary Mt. Baker, and then head down to Bellingham, Washington for the afternoon to barbecue, hit the rails and the water ski course out at Bow Lake. The weather this year proved challenging with an unrelenting downpour out at the lake, but it didn’t put a damper on the stoke. This amazing event wouldn’t have been possible without the apparel provided by Disidual Clothing and the boards provided by Hyperlite.
