November 6th, 2013. There is a lot of buzz in the Wakeboard industry right now thanks to the continuing growth of Wake Parks worldwide.  One rider who is generating lots of excitement in the cable scene, with his unique video edits and impressive results in the Triple Crown Series, is Graeme Burress. Hailing from the Midwest, but spending most of his time now at BSR Cable Park in Waco, Texas, Graeme has a knack for riding features in a way that is rarely seen today. Signing Graeme is a key step in Hyperlite’s mission to growing their collective of wakeboards and bindings designed for the Wake Park movement.

“I couldn’t be happier about this addition to our team,” says Greg Nelson, Hyperlite’s VP of Marketing. “I’ve ridden with Graeme recently and there’s no doubt that he’s got mad skills. I’m stoked to have him riding Hyperlite.”

Graeme finished 2nd overall on the Monster Energy WWA Wake Park Triple Crown presented by Nautique Boats, and currently sits 6th on the WWA’s Wake Park World Series Pro Features rankings.  This accomplishment speaks volumes about Graeme when you consider the level of competition in the Wake Park World Series, and the fact that he didn’t even attend the last stop.

Hyperlite is looking forward to Graeme’s input on the product line, but the real fun is going to be watching his new edits and seeing how he performs with a solid support team behind him.

Enjoy this quick “Welcome to the Team” edit, and keep your eyes peeled for more from Hyperlite’s newest team rider, Graeme Burress.
