Millington, Tenn. February 16, 2018 – Indmar Marine Engines continues to gain fans and scores back-to-back wins for manufacturing inboard marine engines that deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction. Today the NMMA honored Indmar with the 2017 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction during the Industry Breakfast held at the International Miami Boat Show. Today’s award marks the sixteenth consecutive year that Indmar has earned a win for customer satisfaction in the inboard marine engine category. Year-after-year Indmar has consistently dominated in customer satisfaction and is the most awarded inboard marine engine manufacturer for customer satisfaction.

The Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) study, now in it’s sixteenth year, honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award recipients achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction based on information provided by customers who purchase a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
