I’m new to the 8-bit music sense but I can tell you Copy is at the top of the charts. Well, at least he is to me. Portland Washington’s Marius Libman (a.k.a Copy) is freaking mixing mad man. His instrumental beats are blended with every NES sound, drumbeat, and 8-bit tune you can ever imagine. But each song is brilliantly different from the next. I don’t know what it is about 8-bit beats that make them so fun to listen to but I think it reminds me of my preteen days of endless Nintendo playing. What ever it is, I’m going with it and I’m enjoying it. Songs that stand out on this album are “Fist”, “Zipper Problems”, “Closet Face”, and A.V.E.’s favorite “You Can Not Believe It”.
