Alliance definitely has some cool friends. Ben Wei is the owner/shaper of 5050 waveskates (myspace.com/5050waveskates). Ben hand shaped the 2 yellow boards that Parks and Danny Harf rode at Teahupoo in the latest 2 issues of Alliance.

Ben was on a recent Alaska trip and while he was there he got the urge to do some shredding. Limited on his shred gear he left back in California, Ben was forced to use a 6/5/4mm wetsuit, the lid from an Igloo Cooler, and grinded down surfboard fins to keep his stoke meter running on high.
