As soon as the Real Wake – Driven by MasterCraft – sections went live on xgames.com the voting started pouring in for the fan favorite medal. After the full show aired this weekend in ABC the voting came to a conclusion last night and the results are in.

While they weren’t able to defend their title as Real Wake champs this year, Chris Abadie and Andrew Adams were able to defend their title as Fan Favorites. Chris’ unique approach to riding, hitting visually stimulating and urban spots, and building one-of-a-kind park features must really resonate with fans. The kid from Athens, TX took home 35.8% of the total vote, while Discovery Bay’s Josh Twelker got second with 21.8.

Congrats to Chris and Andrew for snagging this year’s Fan Favorite award, and continuing to push wakeboarding in cool, unique ways!
