What do you get when you combine passion with frustration – passion for wakeboarding and frustration with insane prices for mediocre standard boards? You get a MO4.

What in 2009 initially began as a passion project by two friends, one with years of relevant product design and manufacturing experience, another a digital native with a knack for marketing, quickly grew into a proper venture. The idea of creating high quality products at a reasonable price resonated well within the community, attracted support of likeminded friends each bringing a unique skill set to the table and it wasn’t long until MO4 Wakeaboards with its first line of wakeboards, boots, vests, t-shirts and caps was born.

Proximity of a cable park (yes the boards are cable-park/winch oriented!) attracting all sorts of rider profiles – from intermediates to local pros offered a perfect testing ground and kicked off building awareness among key opinion makers. What would a wakeboarding brand be without our faithful riders – Christoph Celetz (Austria), Sebastjan Eder (Slovenia), Elliot van den Boom (Kiwi living in Germany), Yuriy Rulevskiy (Germany) and Nils Ballester (Switzerland). We are always on a look out for the new talent and are currently on a search for riders in the States as well.

After six awesome years of disrupting wakes in a highly competitive business we are now proudly presenting the 2016 flagship line called the Bad MOFOUR. The new wakeboards evolved to be ECO-friendlier, lighter with optimized wood core flex and crafted to bring your park game to the next level. This cable shredding sticks are totally finless, come’s with Infinity rocker between flat tip&tail and grind base. A sidewall – cap construction hybrid, with extra sharp edges will help you slice through water and hold that progressive edge until the final blast off. The board come’s in 3 different designs and 2 sizes so it shouldn’t be difficult to find one suited for your needs.

When released into the wild, the expected price tag will be no more than USD 429.95.

There’s a prize game in the making where with a bit of luck, you’ll be able to win one of these Bad boys, to find out more go to:

Here is the Bad MO4 Lineup for 2016:

Bad MO4 Purple Edition
MO4_Bad_Purple_top
2016 Bad MO4 Edition Purple is a board like no other. It’s the lightest board of the whole MOFOUR collection and the best balance of flex and stability all rolled into one epic jib stick. With plastic side walls and a pristine grind base you will have perfect control on the water without the loss of that playful feeling and also be keeping your speed up on the obstacles, even when they are a little dry. This is defiantly the number weapon of choice for your 2016 season on the water!!!

Bad MO4 Red Edition

This time, Bad MO4 being a strictly cable-park, winch shredder, we decided to go totally finless, not even removable ones. What you get is a completely flat and long lasting grind base. Even no channels though? How does it handle and hold the edge then? It’s quite simple, we made the edges sharper, it’s a hybrid between cap construction and side walls all packed in a nice L shaped edge. Oh and it bites. It bites and slices through the water like no other while holding the progressive edge until you decide it’s time for a blast-off.
