Marine Coaxials Provide Superior Delivery and Install Ease

STILLWATER, USA – Enjoying music on the water is a must, and easy speaker installation is a plus. With KICKER’s® latest marine lineup, you get both. KICKER Marine Coaxial Speaker Systems deliver spectacular highs and midrange sound in any watercraft, and are specifically designed for simple installation into boat speaker openings.

KICKER’s KM-Series of coaxial systems now features three distinct offerings from which to choose. The KICKER KM6200 consists of two quality 6-inch midrange speakers specifically for the water, and each with its own attached 3/4-inch tweeter. The KICKER KM6130 system contains the same water-resistant, 6-inch mids with a powerful 1/2-inch tweeter. KM6130 is available only in bulk packs for OEM applications.

The newest addition is the KICKER KM6000, a coaxial system that definitely delivers the quality sound expected from the first name in performance audio. For those who want their boat install with a more traditional look, the KM6000’s 6-inch mids and 1/2-inch tweeters sport a simple, bolt-thru grille design that’s white in color. Additionally, the KM6000 is available through Authorized KICKER Dealers, but, like the KM6130, a KM6000W coaxial is also available in bulk packs only for OEM application.

All models of KICKER Marine Coaxials meet or exceed industry standards for environmental humidity and corrosion* and for material degradation due to UV exposure.** UV treatments on the coaxials’ injection-molded cones, Santoprene™ surrounds, baskets, and grilles help all models to maintain in marine environments. These speakers can endure most any weather conditions with splash- and spray-resisting sealed motors, cones, and locking terminal covers. Hardware is made from rustproof, 316L stainless-steel. And if that weren’t enough, they come packaged with ample wiring for running to the power amplifier in a large vessel.

Water-resistant, bolt-thru grilles on the KM6200 and KM6130, with a bold look and easy-to-match metallic color, offer added speaker protection. The KM6200 and KM6130 specifically are engineered using MAXBasket Geometry™, providing oversized, louder 6.5-inch cones that perform in speaker baskets designed for the standard 5-inch cutout holes found in most watercraft. More bang for the buck!

They also utilize the highest level of magnetic shielding available to minimize compass and gauge deviation in your dash, eliminating navigation confusion behind the wheel.
