- Shooting the A short video with my friend Jonathan Ferguson was definitely the best moment of this last season. I spent most of my summer coaching and filming this video on the side. Looking back at the video will always remind me of that never ending summer mostly spent on the sideline but I concentrated all my efforts into that little video and the result was pretty good considering what I did without getting hurt or making the injury worst.
- My FLX pro model. Thanks to Liquid Force, I have the privilege to ride my own board. It is the best board in my opinion as far as rail riding. It is really fun for cable. Cable rats should love it. It is my board of choice, great pop, flex just enough and the colors could make you blind. You guys should give it a try. You might like it.
- Signing with Red Bull was a great accomplishment for me as it has been my young kid dream. Making it real and wearing the helmet was special. I guess it’s also the time to thank Billabong, Liquid Force, Von Zipper and Axis boardshop for supporting me and keeping hope that I would come back strong.
- Taking my first set on the boat in early May with one arm just slashing around. After all the surgeries and the bad stuff happening, it was great to go watch all the guys at wake games ride and afterwards take a little set just having a good time at feeling the water under my board.
- Riding at the Hydrous Cable park for the Wake Park TripleCcrown with my friends. It was good to be back around the water with them. I guess it was my official comeback and to win that event was a very unique moment. I was not suppose to ride at all that summer. Riding against my big (yet small) brother and Yan ( porno) Tibo was a good time and finishing on top of the podium with my brother was great. It was definitely an achieved goal for me as I wanted to prove to myself that I could win contests again even with this whole injury process.

Raph is exactly what wakeboarding needs right now. One of the sickest riders I have ever had the privilege of seeing ride.
